Services for our business clients will continue as normal. In the event of a claim or any questions, they can get in touch with their dedicated contact person through the usual communication channels.
In order to keep providing services effectively and efficiently to our private policyholders of medical plans, Vanbreda Risk & Benefits has proactively taken a number of preparatory measures.
These measures work most effectively if our private policyholders use our digital channels. Despite our efforts to ensure maximum continuity, our availability by phone may be limited at this time due to the exceptional circumstances. Please also bear in mind that the postal service may encounter some delays.
We advise our private policyholders to use the Vanbreda Health Care app or our Health Care website www.vanbreda-health.be/nl/ whenever possible for the processing of medical claim files (e.g. for notifications of hospitalisation and serious illness, submitting medical fees, or for queries for information).
We have decided that from now on we will change our policy on organising and taking part in events and meetings with clients and partners. For meetings, we are asking our employees to conduct these using Skype. We have the infrastructure in place for this, and our colleagues are comfortable with this way of working.
We are suspending all our events and meetings for the first and second quarter of this year. Employees have been advised not to accept invitations from external parties.
