We provide a full administrative service for both insurance companies and pension funds in the area of supplementary pensions.

Our full administrative service includes the following tasks:

  • Participants joining and leaving a scheme
  • Disbursement of pension capital or pension payments
  • All communications and correspondence with pension scheme members required under the law on supplementary pensions (letters of choice in case of departure or retirement, pension benefit statements, etc.)
  • Providing data to Sigedis (Belgian pension compliance program) and or tax and social security bodies
  • For pension funds: the full pension fund bookkeeping, with all the associated official reports
  • Supporting your Board of Directors and communication with the FSMA (eCorporate, etc.)
