Jessica is genuinely interested and will remember the slightest thing you tell her: a very useful trait in her job as a Claims Manager. She’s very engaged with her clients, listens to their needs and maintains good relationships with them.
Jessica is exceptionally team-oriented: she pays attention to everyone and always knows how to motivate her colleagues, so that claims are discussed and processed promptly and correctly. Jessica also negotiates with insurers and keeps claims adjusters on their toes. A packed schedule, then, but she’ll always make time for anyone who needs it.
Jessica doesn’t really do mornings – you won’t see her in the office before 9.30 – but she won’t rest until her work is done. She’ll also stay up late at parties and team-building events, because she absolutely has to have a chat with everyone – a true people person.
